"Be who God meant you to be, and you will set the world on fire." — St. Catherine of Siena
Junior High is an exciting and important time in a young person’s life. As students grow and begin asking deeper questions about themselves, others, and the world around them, our Faith Formation program helps guide them in building a stronger relationship with God and a deeper understanding of the Catholic faith. Using the Alive in Christ curriculum along with interactive activities, discussions, videos, and guest speakers, we strive to make each class engaging, meaningful, and relevant to everyday life. Our goal is to help students:
Grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ
Understand and live the teachings of the Catholic Church
Build friendships rooted in faith
Discover ways to serve others
Connect their faith to daily life
Faith in Action
As part of our Faith in Action program, students are encouraged to actively live their faith through:
Two faith-based activities
Two service-based acts of kindness or outreach
These experiences help students put their faith into action and recognize how God calls each of us to serve others with compassion and love.
Learning Through Community
Guest speakers and parish involvement help bring our faith to life by connecting classroom lessons to real-world experiences. Through prayer, discussion, service, and community, students are encouraged to grow both spiritually and personally. We recognize that every family and student is at a different point in their faith journey. Wherever you are, we are grateful to walk alongside you during this important and formative stage of life. Thank you for being part of our Junior High Faith Formation community!
