Three Habits to Get the most out of LENT:  During this time of preparation, the Church asks us to cultivate a deeper friendship with God through prayer, to control and reorder our desires for physical goods through fasting, and to show our love in the concrete way of giving alms.

      BACK TO BASICS: Confession
One of the best things we can do during Lent is to go to confession. The Ten Commandments are fundamental parts of the Christian faith. But how thoroughly have we internalized them? This short video reviews the basics so you can use them to examine your conscience in preparation for this beautiful sacrament.

The Sacraments: Word on Fire ENGAGE mini-course (Episode 1)
The great sacraments of the Church have endured for thousands of years and structured countless lives. Everything in the Church’s life comes from and returns to them. But there is far more to these ancient rites than meets the eye. Watch and enjoy the whole series.
